1. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable for any purchases.
- If the product is damaged, opened, or the wrong product is sent, we will offer a replacement at our expense.
2. Reporting an Issue
- Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Send an email to info@victoryvitals.com with the order number, issue details, and photos of the product (if applicable).
3. Replacement Process
- Upon verification of the reported issue, we will initiate a replacement.
- Shipping costs for replacements will be borne by Victory Vitals.
4. Conditions for Replacement
Replacements are eligible only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong product is delivered.
5. Non-Eligibility
Replacements will not be issued if:
- The issue is reported after 7 days.
- The product is returned without prior approval.
- The product has been tampered with or misused.
