Refund and Returns Policy
At Victory Vitals, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products (health, nutraceutical, and wellness items), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
- Products once sold cannot be taken back due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory concerns.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.
- To be eligible, you must notify us at info@victoryvitals.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with unboxing pictures/videos as proof.
- Our team will verify the claim, and if approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
3. Missing Products
- If your order is missing an item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/video.

After verification, we will dispatch the missing item(s) without any extra charge.
4. Replacement Conditions
Replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defect
Replacements will not be provided if:
- The product was damaged due to customer mishandling
- The customer does not like the taste, flavor, or packaging
- The product was purchased by mistake
5. Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please write to us at info@victoryvitals.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Approval will depend on the status of your shipment.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds will be issued only if the product is out of stock or in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
